Paige | 16 months

Paige is at a super fun age right now. She's so hilarious and has so much personality! She just walks around babbling and will start stomping, laughing at herself and clapping. Her new obsessions are her bear & bunny (she must have both), her sippy cups (just to play with), all the remotes, and pot holders. And finally, finally she's using her walker. She loves the buttons and lights and the cow that says "mooooo" so I get to hear that all day long ;)

She eats mostly everything, which is really nice for us, but she's always hungry. Our pediatrician told us her appetite would go way down, but not to be concerned. Like, that would be great, but she eats like a teenage boy right now. We finally found a sippy cup she'll drink from and we hid all the bottles so she can never go back!

She loves to dance, talk to herself, sign all the time and make absolutely no sense, close doors, throw everything we own in the trash can, and cry for no reason. She's basically the best. Oh, she has 5 books that she reads and the rest don't matter. Hug!, Your Baby's First Word Will Be Dada, Touch & Feel Animals, Stephanie's Ponytail, and Goodnight Gorilla.

I'm going to keep doing these little updates on Paige as we go along, so stay tuned, maybe? Also, how cute is it that she fell asleep while I was taking pictures of her!? Haha, it was clearly nap time. I can't tell you how many pictures I deleted of her crying :)

Independence Day

We're big fans of the 4th of July around here (how could you not be!?), so we went all out for it. And by all out, I mean we made plans, but only got around to about half of them since we took an accidental 4 hour nap in the middle of the day. Oops! We got to the city parade, and the fireworks and that's about it. But it was still such a fun day! We even bought a few poppers for Paige to throw around and she loved it. Not the biggest fan of sparklers, though. It's okay because Jeff & I were and we just used them after she went to bed. But enough of me writing about it-- here's pictures from our day!
